Mission : Charlotte needed her mum’s house staged and sold as soon as possible. The property was older and a little run down but when the staging was installed it looked like a completely different house.
Result : As soon as the property went to market there was strong interest which brought the auction forward. This wee house sold for a lot more than anticipated!
Final Thoughts : A lot of vendors simply don’t realise how a small investment in staging can reap such brilliant results. Buyers will most likely see your property online before even deciding if they are interested in viewing so you really do have one chance to make a first impression.
