I am a Bay of Plenty photographer based in Tauranga, specialising in high end architectural and real estate photography. I shoot interiors, exteriors, commercial and twilight images for real estate agents, private home owners, builders, Airbnb hosts or anyone who wants high quality images of their property or project.
When I’m not shooting or editing images, I’m a full time member of our staging team actively styling a wide variety of properties. Having styled thousands of different homes and commercial properties has provided me with a wealth of experience in terms of how to stage a professional shoot, to visually get the most out of each and every property I photograph.
My photographic mindset also informs a lot of our staging decisions as I understand the impact furniture placement will have on the final composition and how to optimise the styling in order to get the best shot.
Whether I’m shooting a basic one bedroom unit or a luxury apartment, I strive to visually capture the best features of every property using an appropriate balance of artificial and natural light. Each image is meticulously crafted with fastidious attention to detail in my extensive editing process.

Extras
Twilight / Dawn Shoot $199
A dedicated photo shoot at either dawn or twilight delivering one final artistic composite image produced from hundreds of individual shots. I make use of the best possible sky image from the night/morning or enhance the sky with a different one from my library where appropriate. I then make creative use of artificial lighting with a technique called ‘light painting’, to light and enhance both the interior and exterior of your property. The results are stunning and highly worthwhile for adding huge impact to your marketing.
Property Styling for your shoot $75/hour
I can bring a second professional property stylist with me and we work with you (or independently) to prepare the property for your photoshoot. This includes basic layout changes to furniture (if required), extensive tweaking, decluttering and general advice. Removal of large and/or heavy items may require a dedicated moving team which we can also arrange for you with prior notice.
Out of Town Shoot
Rotorua, Whakatane, Katikati – $80 travel fee

Terms
Length of Photo shoot and Number of Images
For each package there is a dedicated amount of time on location for the shoot. The final number of images delivered will depend on the readiness of the property, complexity of the property and conditions on the day. But don’t stress – we’ll plan the shoot to deliver what you need for your marketing. You may get slightly fewer or slightly more images but all of them will be of the highest quality and receive the same amount of time and attention. My aim is to provide you with the best images possible for your particular needs, rather than hitting a particular quota for the sake of it.
Editing and Retouching
My process includes all of the fundamental edits/changes that you would expect from a professional photographer such as exposure adjustment, straightening/levelling and removing distortion. I will also apply colour correction and enhancements in addition to removing small blemishes and layering various exposures to create an excellent composite. For extensive retouches that are more than a quick fix such as sky replacement and removal of large/complex items please let me know as there may be an additional cost.
Turnaround Times
I aim to deliver your images to you through my online proofing gallery as soon as possible. I don’t rush the editing process and like to dedicate my complete attention to each project in order to get the best final images. If you have a particular deadline that we need to meet – please let me know.
